Oh, how we suffer for our art

The original script for this one said "Shai storms in furious wearing nothing but a towel." I know that drawing Shai naked (or half naked to be exact, since he used shadows in the previous strip) must have been an unpleasant experience for Opher at best. It sure was unpleasant for me! (As a writer, I visualize things in order to put them to writing. AND I have a semi-photographic memory). But the truth needed to be told! Yes, the truth is that when Shai takes a shower, strange people in 80s science fiction clothes immerge out of nowhere and take pictures of him! I'm sure Opher had a fun time imagining that. And making it come to life was most definitely a lovely experience. Oh, how an artist must suffer for his art.

On the other hand, he made Shai WAY more muscular than he actually is, so...

I first came up with the concept of the "Paparazzi from the future" when I was still living with H. She used to get riled up when I chose to close the blinds when undressing, asking me who exactly do I think is watching us, I came up with this response, since the fact that I have NEIGHBORS apparently wasn't a good enough reason. I've wanted to use this concept for quite sometime, but never had the right platform for it, that is until now!
